I’m Malky Landau, LCSW. I’m passionate about helping my clients heal from trauma and grief through somatic work. I believe that every client has the ability to triumph over their life circumstances and I’ve invested heavily in my training so I can guide you in the most effective manner. I support women of all stages with compassion, warmth, and skill, and I’m honored to be the conduit for you to heal and live your life to the fullest.
Emotions that interfere with regular functioning, such as anxiety, depression, and impulsivity, or feelings of detachment and being stuck.
Physical symptoms such as panic attacks, stomach pain, or headaches that do not stem from medical problems.
Difficulty cultivating and maintaining close relationships, or a history of challenging relationships.
Grief or complicated grief after the passing of a loved one or a person with whom you’ve had a complicated relationship.
Since 2013, I have been helping women like you achieve transformative strides in their mental and emotional health.
Using modalities such as EMDR and Sensorimotor
Psychotherapy (SP), we will access the traumas your brain hasn’t been able to process and help you heal with safety and compassion.
We get on a call so you can share some of your story and ensure you feel comfortable with me. We discuss processes and fees and schedule our initial meeting.
We meet and begin our relationship. We get an understanding of the factors at play in your narrative. You learn more about triggers and your younger self.
Using various modalities, we address your trauma or grief. These may include EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, or Relational therapy. You are unique — and so is your therapy process.
Working with the right therapist is a transformational journey.
